Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility and Conditions

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Items sent back after this window may be returned to you at your cost.

  • Original Condition: Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use, wear, or any damage (including odors, stains, or pet hair) that was not present on delivery.

  • Sale and Gift Voucher Items: Sale, clearance, or discounted items (including items purchased with a promo code or store credit voucher) are not eligible for store credit.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. If an item you return fails to meet the above conditions, we will be unable to process a store credit. You will be notified via email, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, see Faulty or Incorrect Items below).

Return Process & Store Credit

To initiate a return, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged for transit back to our warehouse.

  • Shipping for Returns: We currently do not offer pick-up service or return labels, so you will need to send the item back to us at your cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost parcels.

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process your store credit as per our policy. Please allow up to 10–15 working days for the return to be processed and the credit to be issued. We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been inspected and completed.

  • Store Credit Method: Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card code sent to your email.

Store Credit and Exchanges

Exchanges: Please note that we generally do not offer direct product exchanges, only returns for store credit. This is because our products are in high demand, and we cannot guarantee that a different size or color will be in stock by the time your return arrives and is processed. Instead of a direct exchange, we issue store credit so you can place a new order for the desired item/size.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you should still initiate a return for the original item. As long as your return request is within 30 days of delivery, we will issue you a store credit (gift card) once we receive the item back, and you can use that credit to purchase the variant you prefer.

  • In some cases, if you prefer a direct exchange and the requested size/color is currently in stock, you may submit an exchange request through our website at the time of your return. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item. If the requested replacement is not available, we will proceed to issue store credit for your return, and you may then place a new order for an alternative item or size.

  • Store Credit: All store credits are issued in the form of a digital gift card code sent to your email. The gift card/store credit code can be applied at checkout on your next purchase. Store credit does not expire and can be used across any of our products online.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 2-3 days of delivery, if possible) through our Contact Us page so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange a return shipping method at our expense or provide you a prepaid return label. Please do not ship the item back prior to contacting us.

  • Once the item is received, our team will inspect the product. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will issue store credit or, in some cases, offer a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

  • If, upon inspection, the returned product is not found to be faulty (e.g., the issue was due to misuse or not a manufacturing defect), we will notify you. In such a case, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense, or we can discuss an alternative solution.

Our aim is to ensure you receive the product in expected condition, and we will work with you to make it right when mistakes happen.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancel the order in most cases. Our fulfillment process is automated to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, which means we are often unable to intercept or modify an order after it has been confirmed.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following amendments that cannot be done once the order is confirmed:

  • Changing the shipping address or recipient details of the order.

  • Changing the product variant (such as size or color) or swapping one item for another.

  • Adding or removing items from the order.

  • Applying discount codes or store credit to an order after it has been placed.

  • Cancelling the entire order for a refund prior to shipment.

If you made an error in your order details, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee any changes, if we catch the request very quickly (within a very short window after ordering), we will do our best to accommodate it. Once the order has begun processing or has shipped, no modifications or cancellations are possible.
