Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes verifying your order, performing quality checks, and securely packing the items before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 4–5 business days to reach your address via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • We currently apply a flat shipping fee to all orders, regardless of location or order size.

  • This fee is subject to change without prior notice.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes supported by our courier partners through the Shiprocket platform. This includes both metro cities and remote locations.

  • If your area is covered, your order will be delivered to your provided address.

  • In rare cases, for extremely remote areas, the courier may deliver to the nearest serviceable hub. If so, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel. Mellow Muffin is not liable for undelivered packages due to customer non-collection from courier locations.

Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others via Shiprocket. These partners are selected based on the best available service for your delivery location.

PO Box Deliveries

We do deliver to PO Boxes or similar delivery points, provided they are accessible by our courier partners. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring receipt of the parcel. We are not responsible for lost or uncollected deliveries made to such addresses.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information or have trouble tracking your shipment, please contact our support team.

Delivery Delays and Liability

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen events. Mellow Muffin is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after the courier marks the order as delivered. If you face issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier service with your tracking number or reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.
